📄 Who owns the work after completion?

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you — the client — after full payment has been received.

This includes:

Design assets (logos, graphics, UI kits, etc.)
Websites or codebases (excluding 3rd-party libraries/tools)
Final multimedia exports (audio, video, images)

Osay Studio retains ownership of:

Any work that has not been paid for in full
Drafts, working files (e.g., PSDs, Figma files), or internal tools unless otherwise agreed
The right to showcase the project in our portfolio or promotional materials, unless you request NDA coverage or full exclusivity
