Because we invest time and resources upfront, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. However:

If you cancel a project early and work hasn’t started, we may offer a partial refund.
For issues caused on our end, we’ll work with you to resolve them fairly — via revision, credit, or discount.

Each situation is handled individually to ensure fairness and client satisfaction.
